Does the trial require a payment card?
No. You can use Webivio for 14 days without providing any payment card details.
Do I get access to all features during the trial?
Yes. During the 14-day trial you can test every feature of the platform.
Do the prices include VAT?
The prices shown are net. VAT will be added according to the applicable rules.
Which plan includes AI Moderator, WhatsApp, A/B tests and webinar series?
These features are available in the Pro plan. AI Moderator is not included in Starter.
How do Live webinars work with Starter and Pro?
Trial, Starter and Pro include a free Live test mode for up to 5 participants. Larger rooms are an optional add-on from 69 PLN/month (2 broadcasts/month, up to 120 minutes each).
Does Webivio host my recordings?
Yes. Starter lets you store files up to 1.5 GB each and 10 GB in total. On Pro the limit is 10 GB per file and 30 GB in total.
Is there a monthly limit on webinar emails?
Yes. New accounts: Starter includes 30,000 webinar emails per calendar month (Europe/Warsaw); Pro includes 50,000. During the 14-day trial the limit is 3,000 and resets after purchase. The counter covers all emails sent from Webivio (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups). SMS and WhatsApp are not counted toward this limit. You can buy an add-on of +100,000 emails / month for 99 PLN under Billing & Invoices. When the limit is reached, further webinar emails wait until the next month or until you buy an add-on. Existing paying customers keep their previous plan limits.
